BAH...... RAIN!

I have looked at Accuweather.com, weatherbug.com and nbc4.com. It's going to rain with the forecast now saying there will be wind 10-15 mph. OK OK I CAN TAKE A HINT. Not vending at the Fall Festival. I called and had to leave a message for the lady at the Lake Ridge office. I pick up my refund tomorrow. I am bummed but I can't control the weather.
